Have you ever thought that you can use CBD oil to prepare food?

CBD oil itself can be used in many different foods. Added to sauces, dressings, drizzled on salads, baked into cakes. It is perfect as an ingredient for a relaxing weekend meal, but since it can reduce anxiety and stress when taken orally, it can be a great idea to add it to your lunch on a stressful weekday.

We have brought you a special, divine pasta recipe made crazy with CBD oil.

450g minced beef
900g chopped fresh tomatoes
230ml tomato puree
1 mug of broth stock
2 tablespoons of dried basil
1 red or purple onion
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons Chili flakes
1 teaspoon of cinnamon (yes, this is a secret ingredient in addition to CBD!)
5 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
0.5ml CBD oil (about 10 drops)
500g Tagliatelle pasta cooked
Parmesan cheese (grated)



• Heat the olive oil to a low temperature.

•Raise the temperature and add the onion and grated garlic, then let it soften.

• Lower the heat, add the meat, and when it has warmed through, add the broth, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and spices.

•Let it cook on a medium heat, covered, for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

•Add the CBD oil and lower the heat, then leave it on the fire for another 5 minutes.

• Serve hot with tagliatelle pasta. Sprinkle grated parmesan on top.
